A little about me.
Passionate Learning and Development

I am a seasoned instructional designer and project manager of innovative educational and informational performance improvement solutions. Utilizing gap and needs assessment methodology with stakeholder expertise to insure the development of strategies to achieve business goals. Using proven project management skills to leverage internal and/or external resources to complete projects on time and within budget. 

I am well versed in the global instruction of learners in various fields. Creating robust course structures such as; instructor-led, blended, gamification, and online interactive content/learning management systems (when available).  My additional experience in the disciplines of; web production, video production, print, and various multi-media technologies, have brought the highest level of innovation to my development track record of successful and measurable curricula.
