Whether corporate, non-profit, or educational sectors on small projects or with a team producing full robust training curricula, I have developed, taught, and/or assisted in the instructional design of; instructor-led training, blended, and asynchronous (self-paced) courses. My expertise covers every aspect of course and curriculum development; scope, design, learning product development, including assets, assessments, and evaluations. Supporting a variety of delivery types including; self-paced, instructional video, webinar, and Instructor-led courses. Focusing on digital and ILT blended content creation. Comfortable across various mediums delivered through ILT, CBT, LMS, Webinars, etc…
Utilizing adult learning theory including approaches such as; the ADDIE/ SAM model, ARCS model, Kirkpatrick's evaluation ROI model, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Blooms Taxonomy, etc... To achieve the highest level of innovation to my development track record of successful and measurable curricula. The first example below you will find a full list of course templates that leverage various mediums mentioned above for delivery, that I use in my development and instructional process. These templates are not accessible to the public due to proprietary content. (Upon request I can mockup a generic segment sample of one of these courses to be presented at our first client meeting.)

This custom LMS installation was designed for my master's thesis project. Currently used to house previous developed LMS; online, blended, instructor led, university and corporate training templates. It is designed to look similar to SFSU's iLearn interface GUI developed in Moodle.

Nanometric Online University is a custom developed Moodle installation, GUI theme, and course curriculum that services approximately five hundred learners worldwide with an average enrollment of two hundred on any given month. Existing content and new content was moved from a less robust LMS between 2010 and 2011. Enhancements included; integrated learner to instructor communication, integrated evaluations, robust management reporting (ELIS), and the development of a new ambitious Blended online “Performance Based Training” curricula. Online instructor for Digital Media Production Classes fall 2007 to fall 2008 Final Cut Pro 101 (2 Units) online class content and tests. Managing and covering all aspects of editing digital video class in Apple’s Final Cut Pro, including prep, transitions, effects, color correction and output for Web or broadcast.
