Role-based VersionOne Training for Project Managers

This is a module from a larger role-based training curriculum and designed to be played from MS Internet Explore using Office 365 tools. Using educational video and interactive retention evaluation questions, that reported results to the organizations LMS. This innovation in blended training reduced the time a senior team member needed to be out of production by over 2 days (in most cases). Significantly increasing the company's return on investment for this training.
A lecture style companion instructional video was also produced. That does not include evaluation questions for contractors that did not require performance tracking. The prerequisite courses to this online module are the two examples above; "Agile Overview" and "Getting Started with VersionOne" Reviewing them first will help with understanding the content of this module.

This interactive eLearning online course includes 20 interactive modules organized into 3 distinct role based training menus. I was the lead of 3 instructional designers in the development of these modules and was the primary Interactive ActionScript /SCORM developer on this 2 month project. Graphic look and content was developed in PowerPoint by the Securities and compliance group.
